does anyone have electrol rolls for derbyshire

I am still trying to find a friends nephew and have come across what may be a lead. I have found a person of this name on 192.com electrol rolls, but are very reluctant to spend just over $20.00 australian for one look up. does anyone have access to these rolls willing to look up the information.
