    Hi To anyone whose reading

I dont suppose there's a way of restoring the websites within the HIstory folder is there?

I had forgooten that I had some pages within the folder that I needed to save in my Favourites but sadly didn't.

If I'd seen this earlier this might have helped but I think it is probably too late now - if you're in Internet Explorer then clicking on the down arrow at the right hand side of the URL box will give you a list of websites that you have visited, but I don't think it keeps them for very long. Have a try anyway, just in case!

I think these names will be kept for the same length of time as in your History unless you have set it to delete on closing IE.

I cannot be certain, but my belief is that the list KiteRunner is refering to is generated from your History folder.

UPDATE: I just cleared the history on my IE6 and the list is now empty. So my belief is correct then.

And no you cannot restore them unless you have a backup of your machine - even system restore wont do it.

Personally I never clear my History, I never know when I will want to go back to a page i found a couple of days/weeks ago.

              HI Peeps

Thanks for your offerings of help and advice I'll know in fuuture not to clear my history - not unless each initial page is saved to my Favs anyway.
