  • USA 1870, Does anyone have access?

I have just had a look on ancestry and there is an Alfred Haynes in Fairbault Minnesota on the 1870 census but there is no other info being shown on the results list.

Can anyone tell me when he was born and where

    Thanks

There's no personal information given. It appears on Schedule No3 "Production of Agriculture" and his name appears under the title "Agent, Owner or Manager". Then details in numbers of acreage, crops, etc. The name underneath his is Joseph Haynes.
It does not appear to be a householders census.

There's one other Alfred Haynes listed in Minnesota: Rockford, Wright, MN abt 1831 in New York

Thank you Phil, ties in with the 1880 and 1900 both list him as a farmer. I was hoping it would give an age as in 1880 it shows b.1835 and in 1900 it shows b.1832

In Lura I found this family: Ann b abt 1829 England, a farmer, and her six children. Initials for four of them, and there's David aged 9, and Joseph 1. It's not clear if she's widowed or not. Could Alfred be absent?

I don't know. in 1900 he is listed as Widowed but in 1880 (Familysearch) just shows him as single.

Its really frustrating, I am trying to see if he is my Alfred Haines b.1832 Middlesex.

In 1900 it shows he emergrated in 1850. and born in England.

I found someone the other day in Lura, a farmer all on his own. Can't remember now what his name was.

            Edit: Alfred Haines in 1910.

Thanks John, I thought you found him in 1900, but 1910 does help

Don't get excited, it was 1900 (on your other thread).
