IE7 tab help

Help, please! i have been using IE7 and love the tabs, which I had been able to save to reopen each time. However, I must have clicked on the wrong thing yesterday, as now when I close to come off the internet, i don't get the option to save the tabs for next time. How can I get that back please?

Have you looked in Tools - Internet Options -Tabs - settings might be of help to you?

Told you the tabs were a good idea didnt I? sooooo much easier than having to open loads of different windows all at different times
