Vista & Photobucket

Vista is refusing to allow me to upload from photobucket, has anyone a solution please.

Sure it is Vista, as when I use DIL's computer I can upload fine. She doesn't have vista.

Thanks Elaine, I did read this thread and was just as surprised as others.
I will probably change back to XP myself eventually.
I will re-read it and see if anyone mentioned the problem I am having.

Take a look at the Thread on the 16 April as it would appear that Photobucket has had a change around.

Not a programme that I use but good luck.

Thanks Margaret but I am having the reverse problem, I can upload pictures onto photobucket but, not from photobucket to here.

Jen are you right clicking on the direct link line , as thats what you have to do ,,,I have no problem with photobucket and Vista

Hi Babs, yes, I'm doing everything just as I have always done on XP and it still refuses to work.

When you click on the link is it going yellow or not ,,,are you signed in ...do you have the lines of writing underneath to click on ot not ;????

Yes Babs, signed in and the link goes yellow before I copy. On photobucket, I am able to do everything as normal, it is when I come to post on thread here, that it refusess to upload.

Oh no........just checked on PB Babs and the url isn't going yellow after all!!!

Suppose its because you get so used to what you see, it hadn't registered. So what will that mean then???

Thats still ok babe Right click and then click copy in the drop down box come back here and past , can but try ;;;

Well on the XP just now Babs, so haven't checked vista but after the probs yesterday, not expecting things to have changed.
