In response to a few questions we've received by pm -

1. You need the permission of the nominated person and a seconder before you're nomination is valid.

2. The committee was formed to discuss the development of the genealogy aspect of the site. Moderation issues are not under the remit of the committee so you won't be expected to get involved in discussion about admin or moderation issues.

3. You are a contact point for other members and present their suggestions and report back to them after the meeting.
