  • What happened to Louisa Mary Farmer?

This is one of those side-branches of my tree where I shouldn't really buy certificates, but I would still like to work out what happened to her:

Louisa Mary FARMER born Dec 1868 St Geo H Sq, birthplace is given as Middlesex on the 1871 census and as London Pimlico on the 1891. Can't find her in 1881 or 1901. Her parents were Henry and Rhoda, and she also has a younger sister Rhoda (born about 1870). Rhoda sr died in 1870.

In 1871 Louisa is with Henry at 315 Ebury(?) St., Belgrave, London:
Mary Farmer Head Wid 54 Somerset Bath
Hy Do Son Widr 33 Omnibus Conductor Bath
Louisa M Do Gd Daur 2 Middlesex
Rhoda Do Gd Daur 1 Middlesex
Geo S Smith Boarder Unm 44 Banker's Clerk Windsor

In 1881 Henry is with his new wife Elizabeth, and Rhoda jr is with uncle and aunt Thomas and Kezia Russell but I can't see Louisa. I don't know for sure when Mary died, but very likely Dec 1874 at St. Geo. H. Sq. aged 58.

In 1891 Louisa is with Henry and Elizabeth:
    177 Vauxhall Bridge Road, Westminister:
Henry Farmer Head M 51 Money taker (shop) Bath
Elizabeth A Do Wife M 39 Upholsterer Hants Andover
Louisa M Do Daur S 22 Seamstress London Pimlico

Henry died in 1897. I can't find Louisa in 1901 (nor Elizabeth). I have a possible marriage for her at Stepney Jun 1899 but can't find either couple in 1901 to sort them out:
    Louisa Mary Farmer,
    Martha Harriett Mannakee,
    John Thomas Sadler,
    Lewis Solomons.

(Martha Mannakee was born end of 1871 Limehouse.)

So can anybody find Louisa in 1901, or the "other" couple, please?

    Can't see anything in 1881.

Is this one a possibility for Martha Mannakee in 1901?

Martha Solomon born Bow 1873 married to Louis Solomon?

Oh, yes, it could be. Thanks, Gillian. So if that's Martha, then Louisa would have married John Thomas Sadler.

Don't think she can be yours either can she because of the mother in law?

So that means the Louisa Mary Farmer who got married in 1899 wasn't mine, after all. So... I wonder what did happen to her?
