good morning...has anyone ever used this site?..if so,could you please advise me how to utilise the info...i go back to john merrick b 1650c in llandinabo,herefordshire.......on the british-history.ac.uk site there is a Walter Merrick ,Herefordshire,in a 1652 posting..it looks like he had something to do with the setting of the rates..but i can`t seem to work the site...any advice gratefully accepted...going back to see if i can suss it out...regards...allan..ADDED...it is a posting for the annual rates payable for the forces...£2000 for the army and the navy.........walter merrick is one of the counties committee members...just found 210 postings for walter merrick.1650-52.amazing...can`t access them...they want £30 annual subscription....allan
