Looking for my 5 x great grandmother, Jane Harris, this is her on the 1841 census

1841 Census: North Street, Alverstoke Hampshire

    1. Jane Harris 75, Ind, Hamps
    2. John Harris 45, schoolmaster Hamps
    3. Mary Harris 45, Hamps

Punchesmum has recently been kind enough to do some look ups in the Alverstoke records for me and I know she was still at this adress in 1856 when she died aged 93, unfortunately though can not seem to find her on the 1851 census, can anyone help?

    Thanks

Hi Jess, looking at it they don't seem to be numbered, yet there is a '126' put in the uninhabited section which might perhaps be the house number its not really clear.

Actually I think 126 means that amount of inhabited houses, theirs being the first one the enumerator has gone to.

Jess I have found North Street as well now and same problem, all the neighbours from 1841 seem pretty much unchanged but the Harris household is missing. Very strange..
