This is the only marriage I can find for your paternal grandfather although bride's names don't fit what you have:

    Jun 1921 Willesden 3a 576
Langhorn Alfred J & Dumbleton [bride's first names not yet transcribed]

Again, if you buy the marriage cert it will give details of Alfred and Amelia's fathers' names and occupations as well as Alfred and Amelia's ages which will allow you to find their birth certs and to find them in 1901 census if they were born then, or to at least find their fathers.

          Found a marriage...

          Sep 1893
          Dumbleton John Samuel
          Miller Rosina
          St. Saviour 1d 359

Only likely birth for Amelia I can find is for Amelia E Dumbleton in 1903, Greenwich.

So presumably John Dumbleton and Rosina were Amelia's parents?

1901 census has John S. Dumbleton a 31-year-old clothier manufacturer with wife Rosina 29 and children Gladys R. aged 6 and Amy 8 months. Also in family is John's widowed mother Martha.

They are living in Tottenham North London, where their daughters were born. John and Rosina were born Edmonton and Martha in Cripplegate, City of London.
