really ???? what on earths that ??? thanks very much Gillian , on the 1901 census he was working in a pub !!! wish he'd stay put.

Thanks Nell I am surprised, I am even more surprised to read he has a tattoo of 'Tyler' on his arm that was the name of the man his grandmother ran off with when she left her husband, most odd.
