Well was a bit disappointed today got the wrong death cert for him , but the good news is I found his war pensions records today , and the name of two of his children YES.
Two questions please what is a separation allowance ????
And could some kind person please go and look at it and tell me what they think is the wifes maiden name , it should be Bruce, but its not clear.
I also cannot make out which regiment he was with ??

Separation allowance is money paid to a family whilst a soldier is away on duty. He was with the Army Service Corps (which I think was mainly drivers, but not certain). Image looks like Bruce and if you think that is what it should be I don't see any reason to query it.

hi again well he says they are
              Esther Victoria born 24.1.1903 and
Edward Alexander born 19.3.1904 both in Mile End
The only Esther Miller I can find was registered in Dec quarter 1903 Mile End ?? so could that be her
I have found two Edward Alexanders one is registered in March quarter 1900 Hackney
The other is registered in Dec quarter 1904 Wandsworth
or a Edward Miller registered in March quarter 1904 St Olaves Bermondsey
