Where's Ephraim in 1861?

He was a saw manufacturer and I’ve searched and searched but can’t find him in 1861

Here he is in 1871 (mistranscribed as BULLAR on Ancestry)

I have Elizabeth Ann and the children in 1861 and she’s described as Head. RG9; Piece: 3475; Folio: 71; Page: 9

Hm. Husband has a couple of women in his ancestry who are listed as head and married with no husband in sight. One of them ran a shop so I can't see where her husband would have got to - at least if head of family is a fisherman you can make a guess he'd be at sea.

Yes, I can't think where else a Sheffield saw maker would be except Sheffield

I've tried a few variants of the name but have also looked at all Yorkshire born Ephraims around 1820 and names begiining with BULL*. Nothing doing.
