You press down the control key and then the + sign which makes it bigger, but it is blurry of course, which is why I'm not sure about it.

Fingers crossed this will have worked...
It looks like congestion of lungs 1 month, the other is very difficult to read.
hope it helps though.

The second bit looks like:
Purpura Hemorrhagica
Which is malignant petechial fever
And that means a malignant fever, accompanied with livid spots on the skin; Typhus Gravior.
And typhus gravior just means a serious, possibly epidemic-causing, strain of typhus.
