how refreshing!

I have recently installed firefox as opposed to ie7.
I now have to refresh everytime I add a post to any site I am working on.

Can someone tell me how to change this,
For example for me to see this post once I have submitted it I will have to press the refresh button

I won't be back now til after 5.30pm
