Can anyone tell me if you can find Canadian death records on line, or how I go about looking for a death in Canada after 1972?

Im looking for Annie Wells born 1892 I know she lived in London in her younger years but emmigrated to Sask in Canada when she was older, I last saw her around 1972 when she was over for a holiday. She was quite old then.Last edited by Rosi Glow; 05-03-08, 15:29.Rosi

OMG, Thank you so much, I think that's her.
I wrote to her several times after my nan died in 1972 and all of a sudden the letters stopped a few years later.
The birth year was estimated from the 1901 census. You have been a great helpRosi

And I can help too and look up the death cert at the local library (once I can walk again - have a sprained ankle). From memory, I think you'll get cause of death, where she was born, husband's name, where buried.
Sechelt is a lovely place to live, as Uncle John says, just north of here.Jenny
