a question about the gedcoms

I was just doing a quick search of the surnames and noticed that one of my names has ** by the side of it denoting the date of burial rather than the death. But when I searched my own records I dont actually have a death or burial date. Just wondered why this is so?

think I just answered my own question, Just checked and on my FTM I have his residence in 1851 and thats the year that has the ** beside it denoting his burial rather than death.
