  • Missing Jones's from 1861!!

Before you all run and hide these Jones's are normally quite easy to find - honest (and I haven't got my fingers crossed :D)

    We're looking for
    James Jones b1829 Shoreditch/Clerkenwell
Mary Ann Jones b1826 Bethnal Green
    Mary Ann b1847
    Jane b1850
    Eliza b1854
    Esther b 1856
    and possibly James b1861

On Esther's birth certificate they are living in Cheshire St, Bethnal Green
On Mary Ann's marriage cert in 1864 the address is 1 Cheshire St
In 1871 census they are at 2 Cheshire St (with some more children!)RG10, piece 498,Folio 7,p7

James is an Upholsterer and seems to be the only one named Jones apart from his father James who IS in 1861 with his wife also Mary Ann! but their birth dates are c1800.

I've gone through Cheshire St on Findmypast with no joy and am now wondering if anyone out there can help??

Sorry. had a rummage and can't see them. Maybe they moved temporarily (just to be nuisances) to the bits of St Lukes/Clerkenwell that are missing in 1861?
