  • Looking for Emily Hutchinson

Can anyone help me find Emily Hutchinson please? I have her in 1851, in Scgglethorpe, Yorkshire, with her parents Thomas c1788 Slingsby & Elizabeth c1790 Scagglethorpe. Emily herself is listed as being born c1837 Bishop Burton Yorks, but I can't find them in 1841. I then have her in 1861 in Old Cottom, working as a cook. She married John Parrott in 1864 and in 1871, she is mistranscribed as Emmby and is at this ref RG10 4823 79 p1. But after that she vanishes. I can't find her on the later census nor can I see that either she or her husband died. Can anyone else find her?

Crikey Jane, that is brilliant! I was just checking the 1841 and when I came back, you'd found a death & remarriage, amazing. Thanks
