Is there any way of checking if I have family members that are not linked? I found I had some people doubled up, don't know how that happened,so deleted them, and now I think I may have some unattached rellies, but can't see how I can check it.

I don't know about FTM 2008 but in 2006 you can do parent report which lists all children and who the parents are. If they haven't got a parent it will show them up too.
