Vista is annoying me

I've been using my laptop a lot more lately and it has the really annoying habit of trying to predict what I am going to say.

If I begin to write in a search box on websites or google it gives me a whole list of useless options I've used before.

How can I stop it doing this?

Please use short words and keep it simple.

If it is Internet Explorer you are having problems with go to Tools then Internet Options.

On the Advanced Tab look for Use Inline AutoComplete

No! I'll have another look, but I've customised my Vista to look as little like Vista as possible, so I may not have any luck ...

Try this...

Tools > Internet Options > Content tab

The third section down is labelled AutoComplete, there is a settings button.

Click that.
