  • Microsoft outlook

    I use microssoft outlook to collect me e-mails. I collected this morning no trouble. There is mail trying to get through, and I am getting an error message up.
    There is a microsoft box with the heading
    'Microsoft visual++runtime library'
    In the box it says -Runtime error
    and
    Abnormal program termination.

    Is there any help please?

    Have you tried restarting your computer to see if that makes any difference, Rita?

      I have closed down and restarted Kiterunner, I also did a system restore to last Friday and it made no difference. I am just going to look at re-installing outlook(if I can find out how to) to see if that helps. The only person I can ask for help is via e-mail which I cannot use!!

        You could try Googling the exact error Rita - I've had problems with Outlook over the weekend (not the same error, but similar symptoms). In the end I put it down to a recent Microsoft update and reinstalled Outlook. Fixed everything....

            I have solved it, apparently even though I haven't got oal on my computer now, some files are hidden away and they have stopped outl;ook working properly. I have deleted all aol - again it keeps popping up! Also it has now been deleted using vcom system suite 7, and I am back to normal.:D:D
