Afternoon all
Today i received the marriage cert for my 2x grt grandparents.
My 2xgrt grandmother always claims abt 1830 as year of birth and Tynemouth area on the census.
On the marriage cert (1848) she is listed as a minor and her father is named as Richard Boag, occ Waterman A witness by the name of Charles Irvin is also shown (brother/uncle???)
On the igi there is a christening with details as follows;
Elizabeth Moad Boag
Christening: 17 FEB 1830 Christ Church, Tynemouth, Northumberland, England
Parents:
Father: Richard Boag
Mother: Mary Ann
I have never come across the middle name before, it isn't used on the marriage cert or census and haven't seen a possible in the '41 as yet.
Do you think she could possibly be mine?
