"Scripts are usually safe to run" message

Hallo

I keep getting this message popping up and as soon as it disappears it pops up again. I think I need to alter something in my security settings but I am not sure what.

Can anyone help?

This is a Windows message and you can stop it by going to Tools in Internet Explorer, then Security and click on the Custom Level button...down toward the bottom there is a section for Scripting, there you can choose Enable (it probably is checked as Prompt).
