It's just too small - but clear enough to see it's in Latin. It needs to be a bit bigger or clearer to discern the text of unfamiliar words.

1a) might be myocardial/myocardiac something, but the second word doesn't look like infarction (myocardial infarction is a heart attack).

Thank you. So basically in laymans terms he had a heart attack. I already knew the other bits it was just the cause of death I couldnt read.
Milton Street Swanscombe in Kent is the address.
