    hi,

    i have 3 sisters on the 1891 cenus. 1 is the heads wife the others are sister-in-law.

    mary ellen (gaskell) NEE hulme b 1862
    elizabeth annie hulme b 1867
    emily maud hulme b 1870

    in theory they should all be on he 1871 census. but i' hving trouble finding them. i dont know who parents are etc. onlyfound the siblings through the census.

    can you find them please? will be back and forwards as doing tea.

        I have the 1881 on DVD. PM me if a look-up would help. This version is useful in that one can search neighbours, laterally. Rellies often lived near one another. I searched most of Abingdon in Berks by this method. street by street, and uncovered a whole shoal of rellies. It took hours, though.
