    Hi Val,

          Hi again Val,

I just tried attaching one from the export file to an email and when I first clicked on the folder it said no images but then when I opened it the photo was there.

            Val,

when you are in picasa, in the library, if you click on the picture you want to move, it will show in the library with a blue box around it,

if you then goto File>> save a copy>> then you will have two pics of that pic in whichever folder you have it in...

Once you have the copy you can click and drag that to your desktop, (in the left hand panel) it is easy when you get the hang of it

but is like everything, is getting the hang of it.....

                        val

if you have made a copy of the pic, click on the pic and hold the mouse on it and you can drag it across to the desktop in the left hand panel, just drag it across and when the desktop name is high-lighted, then let go of the mouse, it will drop it onto desktop

have to go bed now, am shattered

                            Hi Val,

I think that you can also right click on the copy you have made and then click on send to, you should then have the option of sending to desktop.

I've just done that but not sure if I've explained it correctly.
