You could try downloading the gedcom from Ancestry again to see if you get the same problem as before.
I must contact Ancestry again for you because I didn't get a reply to my last query.

Just in case it doesn't work for you I have downloaded your tree and sent it to you by email!
Hopefully it will upload OK onto FTF
