January's edition of the magazine will be published next week. So the mag team are already thinking ahead to February.

Our theme will be crime and criminals but we would be happy to receive articles of general genealogical interest as well.

Do you have a story to tell? If you do the mag team would love to hear from you.

Jacob Sudders born in Prussia c.1775 married Alice Pidgeon in 1800 in Gorelston. Do you know where Jacob was born?

What about love and crime in the same article??

I have all my gran's love letters from the man she dumped in favour of a bigamous marriage with a man who then went to jail for fraud.......

Maybe it would need to be a serial??! pmsl!!

Between 1000 and 2000 seems to be a good length but it really doesn't matter as the pages can be as long or as short as we want them to be so it is up to you .. pictures and sidebar boxes break up the text nicely.

This will give me something to do when the children go back to school on Tuesday.

I'll get back to you, Caroline!
