    HI Pat

Found this bit of info on the National Archives of Australia

Bernard Philbrick d.o.b 6th February 1920 Plumstead England

    Service Number R15693

    N.O.K Dora Ditchfield

    Place of Enlistment Sydney

Should say this was covering the year of 1939 and 1948

Also found this for a Bernard Philbrick

Marriage in 1945 to a name removedtaking place in Sydney NSW

Also then found Passenger records for Bernard for 6/3/1948 and his wife 27/7/1948 after marriage coming in from Southampton to Sydney aboard the Moreton Bay

Pat, Wendy has found the name of Bernard's wife but I removed it from her post after looking at your other thread about Bernard because although you gave his date of death it didn't mention whether his wife was still alive or not. Perhaps Wendy could send you the name by PM?
