Could anybody help me identify the two uniforms on the enclosed picture.

Uniform

Hi Bob,

All I know is that the photograph was taken c 1902, they are brothers, I am trying to sort out which one was my grandfather, my grandfather was a regular at this time and he was in the Rifle Brigade British, and his brother was in the navy. I don't know if this helps at all.
