If someone could remove the crease line across this photo I would be very thankful. I thought I could use it in my photobook but as soon as I increase the contrast it shows very clearly and 'decapitates' the mother!.

    Thank you.

Was it just that one crease you wanted out Yvonne? I would be happy to work on the rest before one of the experts comes along. Or do you prefer to do it yourself?

I hope you don't mind Yvonne but I got a new programme for Christmas and I have been using your photo to experiment with it. Unfortunately I haven't got the manual yet :D;) I also didn't realise that the two white bits at the top were porch until I had taken them out. I thought they were creases :o

              Hi Rachel
It's still Adobe Photoshop Elements but it's version 7. According to the blurb it has things that my old one hadn't got but I'm waiting for the book to arrive. I tried clicking on some links to video instructions but my computer froze. I can't believe that I didn't realise that there was a porch haha :D:o

I've heard good things about Elements 7 .... you should come on in leaps and bounds with that to play with

You could always stick the porch back in ...

                  Good morning Chrissie and Rachel,

Thank you very much - I'll save them back and have a play. Doesn't matter about the porch because I crop for a close-up when I put it in the book. (so the other creases don't show either).

                  Enjoy your new 'toy' Chrissie

LOL - you're right he does a bit - He is my GGG Grandfather Walter Haines, the young man on the left (the rather good looking one) is his son Thomas my GG grandfather

Thomas reminds me of an actor in this picture too, but I can't remeber which one - Typical

Could something be done with this photo of my grandmother. It is the only one my mum has of her - she died aged 22 when my mum was only 7 months old. I've had a go at improving it myself but I'm not very happy with the result.

Oh, Rachel, they are all so wonderful - have brought a tear to my eye, as I'm sure they will to my mum. Off to print them now and will show them to mum later this afternoon. Thank you so much.
