  • Find My Past Lookup Please

I'm very excited to find what I think will be the answer to a question about an ancestor captured from a merchant ship during the Napoleonic War. However this answer is on Find My Past and I don't have a subscription to this site. It is in the Prisoners of War record set for JW Cownden in 1812. Please can anyone take a look and give me the details or original image? Thank you.

Image isn't all that good Gill. Transcription has little in way of detail. Hope you can read it.

Have you seen the PM I sent you earlier Gill? It's in notifications at the top. I need to go in a minute, but will reply to any message tomorrow morning.

Not sure why you can't access the image Gill. I saved it to my pc and then uploaded to here so you should see it by clicking on it in my post. If it's a gremlin in the site am sure admin will fix it asap.
