1939 look up

I have tried to find the following people on Ancestry 1939 census but with no luck. I have managed to find other people so I dont know if I am doing anything wrong.
They are

Arthur Lionel Habgood b1877 in Bradford
Edith b 1873
and maybe these children Mary, Doris and Florence.

They would be in Liverpool

If someone could look for me I would be grateful

Could this be Arthur? No places of birth are given on the register for anyone and nothing came up for an Arthur living in Liverpool. I realise it is a different wife.

6 Wilpshire Ave, C B (county borough??) of Manchester.
Arthur 13 Nov 1878, Florence 10 Jul 1887.
One closed record, also Arthur jnr 13 Aug 1916

both Arthurs were acetylene welders, wotking in the aircraft industry.
