Robert Barker (b 1830 in Sandiacre), married Mary Ann Squires (b 1831 Sandiacre), on 19 Sep 1852 in Sandiacre, Derbyshire. They then vanished from the face of the earth. Can anyone see what became of them?
Thanks
Linda

There is this 1861 census of a Jane Barker living with her grandparents so maybe this is Eliza Jane?

Thanks, I had seen that birth for Eliza Jane, but couldn't find her afterwards - however that is definitely her with her grandparents in 1861. I realise now that I had looked at that census entry for the Squires but hadn't turned the page. Still no sighting of parents though!
Thanks again.

Or this one for Robert? (might be worth double checking for other Robert and Mary Ann deaths that these might fit though) - Robert Barker aged 59 - GRO Reference: 1860 D Quarter in BELPER Volume 07B Page 265
