    I like they are digitising actual registers. FMP has loads of transcripts, which are great, but nothing beats seeing the register for yourself.

      I just hope they are actually digitising the registers and not just publishing whats already on medwaycityark

        It's in the link Gloryer - The new online collections will be created from over 2,500 handwritten parish registers dating from the early 16th century up to 1918.

          Cor, lucky Kent people. I wish they'd get on and do Bedfordshire. The whole of my father's side of the family come frm there .... all of them since 1689! Transcriptions and visits tobtye archive are good but online PR images would be wonderful. Such a long way away to visit regularly!
