Remember this, my late mother-in- law's will/probate.


Name: Winifred Gladys Pearcey
Death Date: 5 Jun 1993
Death Place: Trowbridge Wilts
Probate Date: 15 Oct 1993
Registry: Winchester

I sent for a copy of the will and mother-in-law died intestate. However, it quoted our Solicitor and my Husband's name and our old address.

I can only assume it was because an uncle of mother-in-law's left a portion of his bungalow in Weston-Super-Mare to mother-in-law and other's, not long after mother-in-law died.

As we had her mail re-directed to us, after we had cleared her flat, said uncle's solictor's letter came to us.
Our Solicitor and the uncle's solicitor then sorted out the inheritance of late mother-in- law, which then came to my husband after producing his birth cert, parents marriage etc.
