    Does this mean where it says signed, Henry Gosnell actually was at the wedding?, and what about Emily, am still trying to find this mans life.Henry Gosnell.JPG

    These are the parents of either the bride or the groom. They are not shown to be deceased but whether they were present at the ceremony is unknown.
    Given that the priest's name is at the same level as the father, these should be the groom's parents. The witnesses will have signed further down the same same column as the priest did.
    The word "signed" refers to the priest's signature. It's nothing to do with the parent details column.
    Witnesses sign with their current name, maiden names are not required for female married witnesses.
