Don't we all like the chase though Lilly?
It takes real discipline to keep notes check notes recheck notes file things away and enter information. I am as guilty as the next person for diving off on a tangent sometimes. I'm getting better but I'm far from perfect. Winter is always a good excuse for some "treeing" in my house.

If you mean the boy in the picture on my blog page header, that's my Dad when he was 6, he sadly died when he was aged 30, I was only 3 at the time, it's that "missing" piece of my jigsaw that I think inspired me to start this hobby.

"The nights are drawing in", a phrase that gets you sent to Coventry in our house :D:D:D, just like the stoney silence that hits the first person to "It's only x shopping days till Christmas".

It's "winter drawers on " in our house and back to treeing in the evenings. I don't do a lot in the summer - too much going on elsewhere.

I totally agree with you, summer is for getting out and about, winters are for settling down and doing something constructive especially in front of a nice warm fire

Agree David, looking forward to it. Sitting on the front fence with the neighbours on Friday nights.
