Does anyone know where I may be able to find more information on this record please?

I've decided to separate my Lennon's into a separate tree and have come across a record that I haven't found in my regular tree, it is on Ancestry and comes from Fold3:

You probably have to get a sub to Fold3 to see what else there might be - from the transcript it looks like Attestation Papers are available.
