Create a GEDCOM from my PAF 5.2

I would like to create a GEDCOM file from my PAF 5.2 one so that I can transfer my family tree to Ancestry etc. I have done this successfully in the last couple of years but for some reason on this occasion I keep getting the following message once I have started the transfer process
"To create a GEDCOM file, you must provide at least the following information
- Your name
- at least two lines of a complete address
Press ok to add this information now or cancel to quit"
Even when I have complied with the instruction, I still get the same message.
Can anyone help me?

I'm no longer a PAF user, but here's a guess:
From the Tools menu -> go to Preferences
Select the Prepared by tab
Fill in the fields that it has been requiring.
"OK"

I'd suggest exiting then re-starting, and double checking those fields, just to be certain that it was saved.

Then try to export your gedcom.

Thanks for your response. I have since managed to solve the problem myself. All you have to do is untick the "Submitter" box. For future reference, I have make a note of this.
