Hi All,
This is my first post so I hope that I am doing things in the correct way!
I have reached a brick wall as regards my great great grandfather. I have tried to think of ways around the problem but my 'bright' ideas have not yielded any results. This is what I know for sure : my maternal grandmother was Hannah Kirk nee Cunnah born 1908 in Carlton Barnsley Yorkshire. Her father (my great grandfather) was William Cunnah born 1871 in Prestatyn Flintshire. In 1897 he married Mary Ann Williams who was born 1874 in Dyserth Flintshire according to the 1911 census or in Leadewood Flintshire according to the 1901 census. Their marriage certificate shows William Cunnah's father to be William Cunnah (born 1839) and Mary Ann's father to be William Williams. The 1901 census shows William and Mary Ann at Footpath Cottages Carlton with two sons and Thomas Williams - he is shown as brother in law so he was Mary Ann's brother. He was born in 1867 in Tryddyn Flintshire.
My brick wall is William Williams, Mary Ann's father. Can anyone help progress my tree?
