I switched my windows desktop on today and got a white screen saying I am using a AOWAC adapter which was not suitable and to use the 65WAC one, it then promptly shut down, tried it a few more times and same thing happens, I have only used the one that was supplied with it, I got on the chat with Dell who did not seem to understand it , and said try a different adapter? I told her goodbye.
