        Yes that is correct. Enlarge the image a bit and you can see the first set of inverted commas just above the flourish of the capital R.
        The Axekeeper was in charge of the mess at St James' Palace for Her Majesty's Bodyguard of the Honourable Corps of Gentlemen at Arms who are bodyguards to the British Monarch. Until 17 March 1834, they were known as The Honourable Band of Gentlemen Pensioners.
