It's a difficult one Val! I'm in favour of just seventh as the top line is barely filled in at all.

Surely this is a scan of a register entry made in 1866. don't think your complaint will reach the person who wrote it!

Definitely says Seventh, looks as though it's there twice, one under the other

Can you see the date it was registered by parent - that should give you a good idea.
