Hey all,
I thought you might like to know that I've finally, finally solved my Annie at last :D
After the 1911 Census where she is in the fallen home it looks like she goes to Australia in 1913 aboard the "Orsova" Ship
Then there's a record in 1935 travelling from Portsmouth to Australia aboard the "Hobsons Bay".
At first I thought that she had only gone in 1934/35 depending on Ancestry or FMP, both change. But further searching tonight found the 1913 record as well and upon finally being able to get onto the National Archives of Australia website after 3 days of trying I have found the 2 records, although the 1935 one seems to indicate that her previous permanent home & future one was Australia.
Can anyone please just double check that the information is accurate?
Annie Phillips was born in 1879 and those travel records seems the same age, if it's true that she stayed in Australia then who's death in 1939, Portsmouth have I found?
