I'm looking for my ancestor in new York.
Rebecca westwick b.1827 guisbrough, yorks. Married John wrightson (b.1820) 1844, marske by the sea, yorks.
They have three sons: George b.1844, Jonathan (1846-6) and Jonathan b.1848.
I can't spot them in the 1851 census, but they show up in Syracuse, new York in the 1855 state census, with a new son, Charles b.1850, Westchester.
John dies by 1860, as Rebecca is on her own in the 1860 federal census and 1865 state census, still in Syracuse.
There is a findagrave marker for a Rebecca wrightson (1827-1897) at St Agnes cemetery, Syracuse. That is all the Info from the entry.
Can anyone locate Rebecca after 1865? Or find her death entry? Or John's?
