    a great uncle signed up for short service in the royal artillary.
    it states royal artillary
    corps 4.bu.r.n.reg
    can anyone help me with what that would have being please,
    i know he was in cork , ireland in 1908 . as he married there.
    his name was benjamin joseph whitehead.

      I think it's 4th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regt but that was the regiment of the Sergeant who gave him 'a' notice?

      Benjamin was Royal Artillery.
