Just looked on FMP.
Not exactly what you have asked for but might help.
All Broxbourne. There are the 3 bap you already have.
Burials
2 Aug 1692 Mary the wife of Mr John Leeds was Buryed. Affidavit made.
7 Aug 1693 John the son of Mr John Leeds was buryed. Affidavit made
29 Jan 1711/12 John Leeds of Hoddesdon was buryed. Affidavit made
Looks as though Mary was Johns wife and died on childbirth. He must have remarried and had the other children. So probably 2 marriages to find.
Will see if I can find anything else.Lin

I think the Hoddesdon records exist, they're just not online? Of course, he may not have married in his own parish.

I use Hertfordshire Names Online, which is very useful.
However, I can't find the marriage you want, and there aren't many results for the surname Leeds or Leedes.
This interested me, as OH's 11x-great-grandfather Edward Prentis married Ann Leeds in 1585 at St Paul's Walden.Elizabeth

This looks like the 2nd marriage:
John LEEDS wid Susanna SIMONS sp both of Hoddisdon (sic) in Hertfordshire, Holy Trinity Minories London 31 July 1693.
And if he married one in London perhaps he married two even though they say they are from London:
John LEEDS of Whitechapel bat Mary BURNMAN of St Katherine Coleman sp St Botolph Aldgate London 26 Feb 1690/1
Both on Ancestry.Glen

"John LEEDS wid Susanna SIMONS sp both of Hoddisdon (sic) in Hertfordshire, "
Just above "Hertfordshire" there is a word written -
What is it?

Hi, had mislaid the baptism of Thomas Leeds, s/o John & Mary at St Botolph. Pretty sure it's their child

(towards the bottom of the left hand page)
Couple of questions.
1) John & Mary married in Feb 1690, Thomas is baptised Oct 1690. Sorry to count on my fingers, ancestors, but that's more like 8 months. Am I correct in thinking that Feb 1690 is a Julian date, that would correspond to Feb 1689 in our Gregorian calendar?
2) Can anyone find Thomas in any record after that baptism?
3) Can anyone find a will for John? Thought I found one from 1716 (why so late after his death tho), but I only copied page 2 and I can't find it on ancestry. If someone does find the first page, please send PM.
