Elwyn, that pdf says the NAI has Ballysax records in my peeps timeframe. Any suggestions on how I could have someone look? I tried using NAI's catalog without success.

You would need to get a researcher to look them up for you. The records themselves are not on-line. They'll likely be on microfilm. There's a list of genealogical researchers in the Dublin area on the National Archives site.
